Access and use of our website, services, and courses are conditioned upon your agreement to the terms and conditions set out below: 

 

 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any course or using DTSIs services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our website and servicesservice.

 

2. Eligibility

Our courses are always open to all persons like, bignners and professionals can apply  and moreover DTSI have specific seats for people with disabilities, which will need some kind of  verification. 

 

 3. Registration and Accounts

To sign up and enroll in courses, the user must create an account with adequate and correct information. Users must keep their information confidential and all that happens under their login details into their accounts. 

 

4. Access to and participation in Courses

As soon as users enroll, they can then view the available course materials. DTSI conducts online and onsite courses, and some are complimentary to eligible registrants. The paid courses will only be available after full payment has been paid. The courses completed must be within the given timeframe of accomplishment.

 

 5.Payment Terms

Paid courses must be paid for entirely before we will allow access. All course fees are non-refundable, however, except in the event of a cancellation by DTSI or failure on our part to deliver the promised services. All information related to payment is stored securely. 

 

 6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by DTSI, including course materials, videos, text, and logos, are owned by DTSI and intellectual property. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without obtaining prior written permission. Any misuse of DTSI materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Behavior and Conduct

DTSI is dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment. All users are expected to treat instructors, management and fellow students with respect. Inappropriate behavior, such as harassment, discrimination, or disruptive actions, may lead to suspension or removal from our courses without a refund.

8. Termination of Services

DTSI reserves the right to terminate access to courses, accounts, or services at any time if these terms and conditions are breached. In such instances, no refund will be issued for paid services

9. Amendments 

DTSI has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be informed of any changes via the website or email. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country where DTSI operates. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of local courts.
